Hi, recently upgraded from 15 to AccountRight Live. Company file converted and optimised, shared for LAN use. We're ready to go cloud but encounter the Serial Number mismatch glitch. Our serial number and the file number match perfectly. Our client name at the top of the my.myob screen shows Good Legal [7 digit number]. That number does not match our serial number or the file number.
If the steps required are common, why not share them here as a sticky, for customer convenience?
