AccountRight 2017.1.1 Application operation has timed out / Unable to connect

Good morning,

 

I have multiple users at my site unable to access the company file. They receive errors "An application operation has timed out. Would you like to retry the operation?" and "Unable to connect - there's been a problem connecting to AccountRight Live".

 

All users are running AccountRight 2017.1.1 with an online company file (version 2017.1). I have also tested accessing this company file from a workstation outside of the affected network with identical results.

 

The site has a second company file, which works without problems. I believe this to be a problem with the company file. What can I do to resolve this?
