After recently moving to a new premisis (with better internet) our MYOB Accountright is experiencing terrible response times for even the simplest of tasks (Closing/minimising windows & day to day operation). Our company file is only a few hundred mb and 2-5 users are accessing the file at one time.
Can anyone help with a solution? No antivirus was changed and the slow speeds are seriously impacing our business. Myob chat with a tech was unsuccessful as they offered no resolution.
Has anyone experienced this before?
