I still don't understand. I've wasted so much time on this and read instructions but I'm still confused and unclear what to do - and a bit suspicious - I don't want to lose everything! i've had trouble with MYOB since I went online with a file. Everyday it's slow and frustrating and continually wants to close. It doesn't matter what I'm doing - payroll, entering purchases or sales, paying bills - it doesn't care. I really need someone to phone me and talk me through it because I'm not all that IT savvy... It's not clear what the permanent fix is. Not to me anyway.
Also I want to not use the online cloud anymore - How do I go back to the normal accountright?
