we keep getting same error when trying to back up one of our company file - we have tried to back up to the server and locally to a PC same error comes up – there is not a network issue locally - and the company file lives in the cloud. We have tried ticking stay logged in 12 hours button as well
all other three company files does not have issue when doing backup just this file.
It tries this for approx. 10min then comes up with error connection to the server was lost. please check the server is on and connected to network once you press close and cancel backup
Check if cloud mYOB is still responding and it is no issues
We are running AccountRight Plus 2017.1.19.8022
