We are investigating why some clients are currently unable to log into AccountRight Live.
Error: ‘Connection error’ message, when trying to log into AccountRight live files.
Impact: AU & NZ clients may have trouble logging in
Workaround: We do not have a workaround at this stage. You can work on an offline copy of your file by following the steps in our Help article: What to do when your online file isn't accessible for a while.
