AccountRight v19.13 can't enter sales invoices

I am hoping someone can help me.
I had a call this morning from a client using desktop AccountRight Plus v19.13 but can't access Sales - Enter Sales.  She has also tried from Command Centres - Sales - Enter Invoice but nothing happens.

She can open the Sales Register and Receive Payments etc. Everything else is working but can't create a Sales Invoice. She also has closed the program and computer and started again with no success.

Can anyone help please.
