I have downloaded the server version of 2017.1 and installed it. when i open it and try and upgrade the file from 2016.3 to 2017.1 it advises "unable to upgrade your file- there was a problem upgrading your company file, but we're unsure what the problem is. if you want to use this file with the new accountRight version, please contact MYOB technical support for help"(error .jpg file attached)
Is there a known problem being looked at or do I need to contact technical support. What is the best way to contact Technical support and get this resolved. our file is 280mb and resides on our server due to unreliable internet connection.
