Hi I've tried to apply the fix given in another form below but I'm still unable to open my Company File. When I run the confirm online part it comes up with an error message.
I'm running Accountright Basics and Windows 10 Home edition.
Can you please help.

Run the AccountRight tool
- Close AccountRight.
- Download the AccountRight tool
- Find the tool that you downloaded and double-click it.
- Click Browse.
- Select a company file and click Open.
Can't find your file? You'll need to navigate to the library folder where it's saved (such asPublic\Documents\MYOB\My AccountRight Files) This might be on your server if you're using a server edition. For more information, see Managing Libraries. - Click Update and then click OK.
- Start AccountRight and open the company file.
- When the Confirmation window appears, choose to confirm the company file online and then click Next.
- When complete, close the Confirmation window. You can now continue working with this file.
- If you have turned off auto updates for Windows, you can now turn them on. For Windows 7 and 8.1, see the Windows instructions to turn on auto updates. For Windows 10, see the instructions to change how updates are installed.
Repeat these steps for all other company files that you use (except the Clearwater sample files) until the Microsoft fix is available.
