Hi,
Ever since we upgraded to 2017.1 it seems to take forever to open the In Tray and we have been unable to add any new documents to the In Tray by clicking on the Add Documents button. Every PDF document we try and upload comes up with the same error messages "something went wrong" and "some documents couldn't be added". This happens when uploading one file, multiple files, small files and large files.
We can get documents into the In Tray by emailing them to bills@accountright however it take several attempts at going into the In Tray in order to see the documents.
I have attached a screen shot of what the In Tray looks like.
