I have been on hold for the last 25 minutes with your support team before I started reaching out for help in here. Let's hope you can reply before my support guy comes back.
We have an expired Account Right Subcriptiopn which m,y colleague has forgotten to take a copy prior to the expiration of our subscription.
I was initially asked to set up a trail subscription of Essential so that this file can be migrated from its current form to Essential's format in the cloud.
As I still have a working copy of Account RIght and a local library file. How do I purchase, down load or access the latest version fo our file.
Generaic answers will do as i have said before one of your support ppl is helping atm.
