I rang the support line and was advised that there would be a half hour wait and to call back tomorrow. When I asked if they could call me back I was told they don't do a call back but that if I asked them to look at my file they will see the notes.
In this age of technology, MYOB should have a call back service for support - especially for those who pay for this support. Please catch up - even the electricity companies do a call back service and I don't have to pay extra for their support.
Also, please can you provide a more suitable or easier to find location for lodging complaints.
