Business Basics on Windows to Account Edge Basic on Mac

Hi all, 

First  time I have posted so apologies in advance.

I have used MYOB Business Basics Version 1 for a number of years now on a Windows PC.

I have now purchased Account Edge Basic to use on a Mac.

Is there any way to export the data across ?

I have looked through previous threads but can't find one to assist.
