Im very dissapointed with the back up support for my pay direct , i was on hold on the phone for 45 minutes and stiil at the end of waiting i had to hang up as i dont have all the time in the world to be holding a phone,
my pay direct card reader does not power up, i havent used it at all and when i needed to which is now it doesnt work ,i have a customer who owes a substantial amount of money but the agreement on begining of job was that she wanted to pay by credit card only so i agreed as i have a pay direct card reader,(not knowing it doesnt work) , so now if my pay direct card reader isnt fixed i dont get paid . In my business i dont have time to be chaseing up issues that wont get resolved .
So please solve my problem , im sure a replacement reader would be the most efficient way of solving my issue but i cant seem to talk to anyone who wqants to help.
