migration failure test 7 of 49 recordID: 42 Item number: 044 - invalid link

Hi,

I have been trying to upgrade an old version 19 file to accountright 2016.3 to upload to the cloud.  However, each time I get the attached error and below:

Migration errors:
Source : UpgradeUtility
Method : ValidatePremierDataFile
Error : (UpgradeValidationError): Items: Test 7 of 49. RecordID: 42. Item Number: 044 - Invalid link.

Unsuccessful upgrade!

I have found recordID 42 and deleted from the file, and re opt and verify the file, but the same error keeps happening.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
