Our small professional association uses AccountRight for financial records. We purchased a new version in July 2014 and have been using it successfully ever since, without any upgrades.
However, I have just been trying to run off reports for which I need to filter according to date (in this case, January-December 2016). I am finding that I cannot select any dates more recent that 2015.
Does this mean that we need to pay the monthly upgrade fee, in order to be able to run these reports or is there another way of doing it?
