Cannot confirm company file outside business hours

Hi all

I am desperate to log on to our company file (I have spare time without the children to get all our invoicing done), which was working fine up until this morning, with no problem. 

 

Now I go to log on, it comes up with the following message:

As the help desk is inconveniently closed outside business hours (yes, unbelievable, but small business owners usually work 7 days per week!), I can't get any help on that front.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I am using MYOB AccountRightPlus 2016.3.0.  I updated the software, just in case, but that didn't help.  I logged onto my.myob.com but I don't have a company file number, only our serial number.
