I recently checked for updates and saw "Criritcal Update: October 2016 Compliance Update - AccountRight Premier v19.13.0*". I downloaded and installed it yet when I go back into MYOB it says I am still running reelease v19.12.0. I have been throught this process twice after restarting my machine and yet it still salys it's v19.12.0
I have a couple of concerns:
1. The date of the release is 24 June 2016, yet the release is titled "October 2016..."
2. The update is identified as "Critical" yet none of our admin team was alerted to the existence of this update
3. The update is identified as "Critical" yet I can't seem to be able to install it.
Looking forward to having these concerns addressed.
