Hello,
I have contacted MYOB customer service in regards to being charged twice monthly for over 12months. I have called mutliple times and been advised they do not do refunds as its against policy and a manager will call me, I have never received a phone call.
I am usually very happy with the customer sevice help but on this matter it has been unresolved and taking too long in which it is a matter I will not drop, and I am after a full refund of the over charges as per the conversations logged multiple times over the phone.
Can I please have this issue resolved before I proceed with the ombudsman.
