Can't connect to network library AccountRight 2016.3

After installing AccountRight 2016.3.0 (server) on Windows Server 2012 R2, the network library is unable to be accessed from remote clients.

The Server is a file server (working correctly) and on the server itself the network library can be seen and works. It is only on other PC's on the network that the library cannot be seen.

All the file shares are visible and accessible from the client machines. All the MYOB services are running. The normal install/reinstall and permission type steps have been attempted.

 

A telnet from a client PC to port 6962 fails to connect. A telnet from the server to its own port 6962 succeeds. The server firewall rules have been checked and are valid. For testing all 3 domains have been enabled ("Domain","Private", and "Public") but this makes no difference.

 

Any suggestions?
