Ho Hum. wasted more hours trying to update a "cloud" based program.
So deleted AR live 2012.2 as instructed (removed from PC "uninstalled"
Downloaded 2016.3 (or whatever) and when I run as an exe file (tick box accepting terms and conditions etc) it says starting install "blinks and dissappers" but does not install.
Looked in programs to see if it was hiding in there somewhere bit it is not.
Tried to contact online support but they "not available"
