Customised Form is not update to the other staff

Hi,

 

I need an advice.

 

I had 6 users in small environment financial support group using myob. every each of computer installed locally myob application with link database to one network drive, everyone using one data base there.

 

the problem, when the administrator updating one form, the other 5 staff cannot see the update on form.

 

I tried to copy/paste the folder form on administrator drive c:\MYOB\Premier11\Form to other staff pc with same path, then re-open the apps the form is updated.

 

how to make it automate update to other staff pc without copy/paste the form forlder from administrator drive c.
