After upgrading to AccountRight 2016.3.0 today the computer in the office running the PC version cannot access the company file. It is saying that the server edition needs to be installed on the server but I have confrimed that the server edition is installed on our server. I have gone through the steps on the 'AccountRight library service issues' worksheet with no luck. Any help would be appreciated as I don't really want to sit on the phone for hours to reach technical support.
