MYOB AE Intranet printing issues

Hi,

 

Our practice uses a mailbox system with printing documents, where someone prints a document and it is stored in the printer under their mailbox. Our issue is that, with some of the documents on the intranet, when we go to print, the mailbox defaults to the mailbox of the author of the document.

 

I have checked default printing settings, etc. The issue is with particular documents loaded on the intranet. Is there a setting that needs to be looked at with these documents? Or is there some other solution? It is nothing to do with the printer or default printer settings, as other documents are sent to the correct mailboxes.
