We wish to upgrade our very old Premier V4 to Accountright V19. Direct upgrade produces a company file which does not function properly. I am told that we need to upgrade in a number of steps via intermediate verisions. Does anyone know what versions we should try? i.e. what is the last version that can guarantee an upgrade from 4, then the last version guaranteed to upgrade from there etc.
(One of the problems we found was that when entering payments for outstanding creditors, all bills back to year 0 would display, whether paid or not.)
