We use MYOB Cloud (I sign in as an administrator) , and I am attempting to add a new user.
The process that I followed was to go into User Access > New User
I entered his User Name (A password was not required), email and assigned his role as Accountant/Bookkeeper (I am assuming this provides him access to all modules etc). A window appeared advising that an email invite had been mailed to him.
For some reason this is not working, and he is unable to access the system. Please can you advise what I am doing wrong.
Likewise, how would I be able to access the system from home. I am currently only using it in a work place envirnoment.
