Our systems were updated yesterday and the new log in details have me very concerned. Having to re log in with passwords every 12 hours is not a viable option for us. We have different staff members opening up the system every day and this is going to be very problematic. Also we are often here for more than 12 hours so what happens then? Do we get kicked off the system and have to reopen and relogin? In my opinion changing the look and feel of the system does not change its inherent problems. Perhaps your time might be better spent working on fixing continual error messages, system crashes and the like, rather than making the icons all pretty! Please let me know how we go about changing the log in process back to what it was.
