MYOB ACCOUNTRIGHT 2016.3 HELP

Ok so i am nearing the end of my tether with the new version 2016.3 that i have only had installed for a couple of days. Kept getting booted out of the program, tried clicking on error message details numerous times and it fails to open on my computer. then after reading in forum to move temp file to desktop (since returned to hopefully its origianl folder) and changing access permissions to allow all access the problem is now WORSE.

Now when trying to back up my file, it starts backing up then does not proceed - going into  task manager it says 'program not responding' also having troubles with syncing file, sometimes it worls sometimes it doesnt. also when opeing 2016.3 this morning and trying to get reports i had NO info in any of them until i closed and reopened program. i have month end and i have spent all morning as well as ages yesterday trying to rectify problem. I simply cant work like this and if this is not sorted ASAP will probably consider going with a new program. Sorry MYOB you used to be a leader but now you are bottom of the pack with your products continually having problems.
