Hi All
I'm at the end of my patience. MYOB claims to be the software for people who love what they do. I love my job, but MYOB is making it more difficult to love it on a daily basis.
In 2014, I was given the impression that our MYOB Enterprise software was likely to go live as a cloud based program by the end of the year. I have remained hopeful this would be coming and continued to battle the encumbersome task of doing our accounting from a single computer while our business has grown. My frustrations have been elevated since upgrading our MS Office software to Office 365 and realising MYOB is not compatible with the advances of such software (no surprises there!). After waiting on hold for telephone support, the only resolution I was given, was to return to our older version of Office if I wanted to be able to distribute emails (payslips, statements, invoices etc) from MYOB.
In more recent forum history, I see that the team at MYOB are now "considering" a cloud version of Enterprise. How lovely of them to consider those of us with multiple business needs eg.inventory, time billing, multiple warehousing, payroll etc. may also have a need to access our data 24/7. What happened to "we are working on it"?
Either MYOB need to pull their finger out so I can start to "love what they do", or Xero get my vote.
Regards
REDwine
