Unable to install the compliance update

Hello,

I'm trying to install the latest compliance update but the following error appears.

I regularly run v 19+, but have an old MYOB file that requires v 12 for historical purposes. Obviously the upgrade is finding this file on my computer and not v 19 to be able to do the update. I'd prefer not to delete the v 12 program from my computer and have that update work for my V 19 program. If you could please advise the workaround, that would be greatly appreciated.
