I have been able to get a confirmation code but every time I enter it is says it is invalid. I have tried multiple times onine and by phone.
I am using AccountRight Plus v19.13. I have seen the error is possibly caused by user newer software than what was originally registered for but I can't goback to old software now. How can I get this fixed ASAP? I work at odd hours so not likley I will be able to talk to anyone on the phone. I need to get this fixed as have a large amount of data that needs to be entered in the next day or so.
Any help to resolve will be appreciated!
