Importing Tax Invoice template from previous MYOB programme

Hi there,

Can someone please help me - How do I import the Tax Invoice templates from AccountRight Plus to AccountRight V19.13 Plus.Ink?

I've update to the V19.13 as per an email received to get the latest Tax Table (01/10/2016) but now the Tax Invoice templates (I have one for 30 day, COD, 7 days) and the statement template is no longer there - please help!
