We upgraded to AccountRight Premier AU 2016.2.2 on Thursday and after coming back from the long weekend, we can't enter payments through Pay Bills because of a Data Invalid error. Our version no is 2016.2.18.5106 with File Version 2016.2.18.9675.
We also have a warning message telling us that several of our automatic recurring transactions haven't been entered. Most were processed but I can see that one of the Spend Money recurring transactions has entered itself twice. Unfortunately, when I try to delete it, I get the Data Invalid error.
Please help urgently as it is payday tomorrow and we normally do our pays through a MYOB aba file being sent to the bank. I am worried that it won't work seeing as our ability to process payments is compromised. I just processed a nil pay to see if MYOB would let me process it and it did but I can't delete that transaction now due to another Data Invalid error. I did not create an aba file for the nil pay so I can't tell if it will work or not.
