Hello,
I have just updated my Account Right to 2016.2, and when I open it up it asks me if I want to upgrade my company file to a 2016.2 version. I have clicked yes, and now in the login window it shows that the file is 'upgrading'. However it has been doing this for the past 24 hours or so, and I havent been able to access anything during this time.
If i try and go through the steps again, it comes up with and error message: "Upgrade is in progress. This company file is currently being upgraded. You can sign on once the upgrade is complete." Any ideas on how to get the file working again would be greatly appreciated!
