I no longer have a subscription with MYOB but am required to access my old file read only to find an old transaction. Everytime I try to open my MYOB file it

I no longer have a subscription with MYOB but am required to access my old file read only to find an old transaction.   Everytime I try to open my MYOB file I get the following message - and I have also attached a log of the error - even though I currently do not have a subscription I did have for many many years and should still be able to access my old file as read only - please advise of solution
