I have used Accounright for 8 months everything fine, but now its been constantly crashing now for about 3 weeks and despite 3 attempts of about 2 hours each time with MYOB help they have NOT solved it !!!!
My internet connection seems to be OK as its fine with all other websites etc . I have the latest version- MYOB have tried uninstalling & reinstalling Accountright, accessing via Teamviewer and turning off my av software, fire walls etc, removing old files, bloody everything and they cannot solve it? Say I have to get an IT guy to look at my computer!!
