MYOB Upgrade

Hi Support,

We have  old  MYOB Premier Australian Release 9.0.2 and also  have purchased a new MYOB AR live Premier 2015.4.

Can the old data file which is in Premier Australian release 9.0.2 upgraded to MYOB AR Live Premier v2015.4 AU so we have upgraded file with same data? Once the file is being upgraded to MYOB AR Premier v2015.4 can the new serial which came with the MYOB AR Premier 2015.4 used to activate that company file  via change serial number on the company file and activate the upgraded company file?

Please advise.
