After upgrading V 19 to the current version I found I was unable upload one company file for upgrade as it contained a 13 year old journal entry that presented a problem. After managing to contact support it appears the only solution is to pay for a repair. The email sent from support detailing how to upload the file to the ftp site says the username and password for the site is "your12 digit Serial Number".
Doesn't work! "invalid username or password"
Am I missing something, does the wording of the email not mean what it says?
Any suggestions welcome. Not sure I've got time to try and get back to support by phone.
